Influenced by its setting in the historic Evelyn Hotel (est. 1905) in the Nomad neighborhood of Manhattan, The Tusk Bar marries timeless elegance with free-wheeling flair. Look for bright takes on classic cocktails and culinary partner Jeremiah Stone’s version of an oyster bar and seafood-driven, small plate-focused menu with desserts by co-chef Fabian Von Hauske (Wildair, Contra).
